When the impact crusher is crushing, it is necessary to make sufficient preparations and carefully inspect the entire production line to ensure the smooth progress of the crushing operation. Before the formal operation of the impact crusher, only by making sufficient preparations can we ensure that there is no mistake in the work. At this time, it is necessary to pay attention to its precautions. Therefore, let's take a look at the precautions for the impact crusher:

1、 Before startup

1. Strictly inspect the anchor bolts, body bolts, bearing seats, and bolts at the protective plate of the fixed motor for any looseness.

2. Check if the fixing parts of the impact plate are loose or broken.

3. Inspect the internal parts of the equipment, such as whether the wear of the plate hammer is severe, as the plate hammer has a significant impact on the discharge particle size. Additionally, check the condition of other vulnerable parts, including the degree of wear and the presence of cracks and defects.

4. Confirm the previous and next processes, and start them only after the belt conveyor and bag dust collector are operating normally.

2、 Running

1. Always pay attention to observing the temperature rise of the main bearing of the rotor. Under normal circumstances, it is around 60 ℃, and the high temperature should not exceed 75 ℃. If the temperature rise exceeds the regulations, it should be immediately stopped for inspection and effective measures should be taken to solve the problem.

2. During the operation of the impact crusher, a large amount of dust is generated. In addition to properly sealing all parts of the crusher, ventilation and dust collection equipment should also be installed in the workshop.

3. It is strictly prohibited to open the inspection door to check the condition inside the machine, and any adjustments, cleaning, and maintenance work are strictly prohibited to avoid danger.

4. During operation, routine checks should be conducted on its vibration, temperature, and sound according to the inspection requirements.

5. The gap between the counterattack plate and the hammer should be gradually adjusted to a small size according to work needs. We suggest that the black and white mining machine should manually rotate the rotor after adjustment to check for any impact. After the adjustment is completed, lock the sleeve nut.

3、 During shutdown

1. When stopping for maintenance, first cut off the working power supply.

2. The main motor can only be stopped after all the materials in the crusher have been discharged.
