1. Frequent heating of bearings

Reason: There are many factors that can cause bearing heating, such as improper installation, frequent machine vibration, inadequate lubrication, high working environment temperature, bearing quality and wear issues, etc.

Solution: Install and reinforce the machine correctly according to the operating instructions, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating grease; Clean the bearings; Replace bearings, etc.

 

2. Excessive equipment vibration

Reason: Loose base, replacement of hammer head, or unsatisfactory static balance of rotor due to hammer head wear; Hammer head broken, rotor imbalance; The pin shaft is bent or broken; Triangle or disc cracks; The anchor bolts are loose.

Solution: Tighten the anchor bolts, remove the hammer head, and select the hammer head according to its weight, so that the total weight of the hammer on each hammer shaft is equal to the total weight of the hammer on the relative hammer shaft, that is, the static balance meets the requirements; Replace the hammer head; Replace the pin shaft; Welding repair or replacement of triangular discs or discs; Tighten the anchor bolts.

 

3. Excessive discharge particles

Reason: Excessive wear on the hammer head; The sieve bar is broken.

Solution: Replace the hammer head; Replace the sieve strip.

 

4. Production decline

Reason: Uneven feeding, excessive viscosity and humidity of the material, and clogging of the sieve strip;

Solution: Adjust the feeding speed, dry the material, stop the machine to check the sieve strips, and clean the gaps and blockages.

 

5. Foreign object sound generated inside the machine

Reason: Foreign objects entering the interior of the machine; The fasteners of the lining plate are loose, causing the hammer to hit the lining plate; The hammer or other parts are broken.

Solution: Stop the machine and clean the crushing chamber; Check the fastening of the lining plate; Replace broken parts.

 

6. Elastic coupling produces knocking sound

Reason: Loose pin shaft; The elastic ring is worn.

Solution: Stop the machine and tighten the pin nut; Replace the elastic ring.
