The alloy hammer head will experience varying degrees of wear after use. Due to low impact conditions, the work hardening effect on the surface of the hammer head will also increase. Hammer wear refers to the gradual detachment of the surface of a metal hammer from the substrate under mechanical force, resulting in changes in the performance of the hammer. When the force of the hammer type alloy hammer head shifts and the wear effect of the hammer head changes, it indicates that the service life of the hammer head is about to end and the hammer head is about to fail.
